Someone saving a post means they intend to come back to it, which is why saves read as a quality signal rather than a popularity one. Recipes, checklists, workouts, reference carousels and how to guides get bookmarked; a selfie rarely does.
This page adds 100 saves every 6 hours to the post whose link you paste. Nothing is installed and no login happens; the provider bookmarks the post from its own side, exactly as the paid version of the same service does, only free and in a small amount.
Be aware of what you will and will not see. The number appears in the insights panel of your own post, so it never becomes public proof the way a like count does. If you want a number visitors can read, the likes service is the one you want.

Copy the post link
Tap the three dots at the top right of the post and choose "Copy link". The address starts with instagram.com/p/ followed by a code.

Complete the security check and press send. The page reports the request queued and then handed to the provider, with a request ID.

Check insights, not the post
The save total lives in the insights of that post, so look there rather than on the post itself. A new request opens after 6 hours.
What you should know
- The save count is not public. Only you can see it, and only through the insights of that post, which requires a professional account.
- Saves land on one post at a time, chosen by the link you paste, and cannot be applied to a profile or a story.
- A private account blocks the delivery, because the provider cannot open the post from the outside.
- Saving a post does not make it appear in anyone's feed. It goes into a private collection on the saver's side.
- The same post can take a new save request every 6 hours, counted per target and per connection.
- Instagram recounts engagement, so part of the number can fall away later and nothing is resent.

Where do I see my save count?
In the insights for that post, under the flag icon. Personal accounts do not show insights, so you would need to switch to a professional account to read the number at all.
Can other people see how many saves I have?
No. Unlike the like count, saves are visible only to the account that owns the post, which makes this a private signal rather than social proof.
How many saves arrive and how often?
100 saves per request, and the same post can take a new one every 6 hours. Both figures are read from the live settings of the system.
Do saves help a post travel further?
Instagram has said saves are among the interactions it looks at, but nobody outside the company can weigh them against likes or shares, so treat a small batch as a small signal.
